Who we are

BluDATA Computer Trading LLC (“BluDATA”, “we”, “us”) is an IT company based at Office 701, Al Tayer Commercial Building, Al Meena Street, Al Raffa, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and when you contact us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you choose and your message.

When you email or call us, we receive the information you share, such as your contact details and the content of your message. If you apply for a job, we receive your CV and any details you include with it.

Our web hosting provider keeps standard server logs of visits, such as IP address, pages viewed, date and time, and browser type, to keep the website secure and running. Our contact section shows an embedded Google Map; when it loads, Google may collect data according to its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and proposals, deliver and support the products and services you ask for, consider job applications, keep business records, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Depending on the situation, we rely on your consent, on the need to take steps before or under a contract with you, or on our legitimate business interests such as answering enquiries and keeping records.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where necessary: with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting and email providers; with manufacturers and distributors where needed to fulfil an order, register a warranty or arrange support; and with authorities where the law requires it.
